Come be a part of our next class!
- R.A.D. emphasizes awareness, prevention, risk reduction, avoidance, and basic hands-on defense training.
- R.A.D. teaches a system of physical self-defense techniques and risk avoidance methods for women.
- R.A.D. assists women in acquiring self-defense education in a relatively short period of time by providing short term training opportunities in a progressive, building block format.
- R.A.D. is a 12-hour course over a two-day period with the last 3 hours being an optional application of self-defense techniques in a simulated encounter.
- R.A.D. is open to all women in the community.
- R.A.D. is not a martial arts course.
