We are currently experiencing issues with the Avaya Workplace client when used outside of the TCC network. These issues include not being able to receive inbound calls or the ability to place outbound calls using the Avaya Workplace client.
The telephone system and use of the Workplace client on all campus locations is NOT impacted.
Our vendor is currently working on the issue. Once the issue is resolved, we will notify the campus.
