We are now experiencing issues receiving email for new voicemail, however missed call email are still working as intended. Our vendor is continuing to work to resolve the issue and we will notify the campus when resolved.

Our voice vendor performed upgrades to the TCC voicemail servers last night. Some users have received duplicate email of missed calls from prior months or even years. These email are pretty easily identified as they are timestamped properly with the time the call was originally missed. Our vendor is working to resolve the issue and we will notify the campus when resolved.
Current missed call email and voicemail transcriptions are working as intended.
