It has been brought to our attention that some of you may have been called or were left a voicemail from an individual claiming to work for Microsoft indicating that you have a license key that has expired (or some other reason) and they need to remote into your computer to fix the problem.
DO NOT allow anyone to do this. These calls are not from Microsoft and are of a malicious nature. If any action needs to be taken on your computer, Information Technology will send a technician over to address the issue.
